Our guarantee extends for the following timeframes:
- Spring-Planted Perennials and Shrubs - Guaranteed 30 days from order arrival.
- Spring-Planted Annual Bulbs - Guaranteed to emerge and grow.
- Fall-Planted Perennials, Shrubs and Bulbs - Guaranteed to emerge in the spring and grow for 30 days. Please contact us by June 1st if plants do not emerge.
- Holiday Bulbs - Guaranteed to emerge and grow.
Our guarantee does not cover plants for extreme weather events, critter damage, plants purchased outside of your growing zone, overzealous lawn mowers, weed whackers, or weeding. Our guarantee also does not cover perennials and shrubs that have not bloomed in their first year.
